✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You notify us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or used items
- Stationery sold in bulk or as part of special orders
- Items without original receipt or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via phone or email with your order details and reason for return.
- Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, return the item to our shop at your own cost (unless it's our error).
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll offer an exchange, replacement, or refund (where applicable).
🕒 Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
💰 Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:
- Cash (in-store purchases)
- Bank transfer or mobile wallet (for online orders)
