✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You notify us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used items
• Stationery sold in bulk or as part of special orders
• Items without original receipt or packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via phone or email with your order details and reason for return.
2. Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once approved, return the item to our shop at your own cost (unless it's our error).
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll offer an exchange, replacement, or refund (where applicable).

🕒 Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

• Cash (in-store purchases)
• Bank transfer or mobile wallet (for online orders)
